This is part one of our past week's trip out to San Diego for the National Homebrewers Conference... and it starts back in San Francisco when we had a special monthly meeting at 21st Amendment Brewery with guest speakers Zambo, the head brewer for 21st Amendment talking about the Love for Homebrewing and how its ingenuity is the fuel to the craft beer movement...
...and world-renowned author & master cicerone Ron Pattinson who talked mainly about his lifelong journey to find historic beer recipes dating back thousands of years...
Wednesday, we woke up at 3:30 AM to start out early towards SoCal with some great overcast weather through the Central Valley...
Combined with a stop at Rose City Pizza... where some of Izzy's art was on display...
We spent the afternoon & evening at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel...
Part two will be tomorrow... but it was a VERY busy week... that I wasn't at work... so yeah, it may take a while to find time. Until next time though... THE WARRIORS JUST WON THE NBA TITLE!!! HELL YEAH!!! Have a great day everybody!!!
